KICK OFF MEETING
On December 20, 2023, at 12:00, the Loppo partnership held their first online meeting since the project began.
All partners attended the meeting. Nino Versace from Ingalicia facilitated the session, serving as the technical partner supporting the coordinator partner, ADR Comarca de Lugo. We discussed several key topics: defining staff members, proposing values for the needs analysis, following the GANTT timeline, and addressing questions and suggestions from partners.
We began with a brief presentation of the project. Partners will contribute to developing the online survey by sharing their local experiences and professional insights.
We also discussed the need to organize social hackathons in each local community. The primary goal is to create strong local groups committed to project activities, ensuring active participation and benefiting from the project results.
Additionally, we talked about defining the branding strategy.
